Product Details:




Top:


Material: 1.0mm thick cold rolled steel plate.


Color: Orange You can choose the right color from the international Pantone color card.


Pressing rivets: 4 M3 rivets are welded according to the drawings.


Compression rivet size: can be selected according to requirements: M2., 3M, 4M, 5M and so on.


Hetero-aperture: Laser cutting is used to cut any pattern according to the drawing.


Internal: Welded panel: spot welded panel,

Bottom:

Pressure nut: 8 M4 nuts are welded to the side plates.

Shutters: As shown, the blinds are stamped inward according to the drawings.

Purpose: Heat, ventilate, and prevent rainwater from infiltrating into the box.


The vents can also be selected in the shape of an ellipse, a rectangle, an anisotropic pattern, etc., and are customized according to the drawings.



Assembly: The upper cover and the lower cover are assembled. As shown below.

Packaging

The general packaging of the chassis: PO plastic bags, foam and KAA carton packaging.


Plastic bag:

1) Material: Conventional use of 0.01mm - 0.15mm bubble film to wrap the case. You can also choose the following materials: PVC, LDPE, HDPE, BOPP, etc.

  Type: bubble film, ordinary plastic bag, sealed bag.

Safety awareness: All our bags will have 6 holes to prevent children from suffocating after playing with the plastic bag.


Foam:

1) Type: Polyolefin foam of 30kg - 40mm thickness 7kg / / m3 is usually used, and polyurethane foam or phenolic foam can also be selected according to need.


Carton:

1) Type: corrugated box or single-layer cardboard box, export products generally use corrugated boxes.

2) Application: Carton for outer packaging generally adopts A, B, C type cardboard, medium packaging adopts B, E楞 type paperboard, and small package uses E楞 type cardboard.

Carton layers: There are 3, 5 and 7 layers. It is recommended to use 5 layers for general export products and 7 layers for large and very heavy products.


Paper corner protection: L-shaped paper corners of 30*30*3 (mm) 40*40*3 (mm) are used conventionally, but also according to actual needs.
