Laser Welding Process
Laser welding is used in the manufacture of thin-walled parts such as inlet, bellows, oil pipelines, variable cross-section ducts and shaped closures.
The traditional welding methods of these parts are mostly micro-arc plasma arc welding, or small current TIG welding.
Laser welding can reduce the welding deformation caused by thin-walled materials beyond the tolerance range and welding defects can not be repaired and other reasons, leading to traditional welding.
Laser beam welding with local protection measures, very suitable for welding thin-walled titanium alloy shell parts.
